Throughout her career, Yvonne has shared the stage with global luminaries, including Nelson Mandela, Queen Elizabeth II, Michael Jackson, and Oprah Winfrey. Yvonne’s advocacy extends to promoting social justice, education, and women’s empowerment. She has been recognized with numerous awards, including the WEF Crystal Award, BET International Global Good Power Award, and a Crans Montana Forum’s Gold Medal. During the pandemic, she launched WOMan Radio, an online platform for women, continuing her mission of empowerment.
Her achievements also include pioneering the BVSM Awards to honour session musicians and releasing recent singles celebrating the legacies of Bra Hugh Masekela and Oliver Mtukuzi.
